Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 5–12 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number is provided for every order via email once shipped. Delivery times may vary due to customs or postal delays. We offer free shipping on most orders. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, though delivery may take longer and tracking may be limited. Any shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
During peak seasons or unforeseen events, shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within **7 days** so we can investigate. For packages lost in transit, we offer a refund or reshipment per our refund policy.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping costs will apply if an address correction is needed after shipment.
