RETURN POLICY
If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Timeframe to Contact Us
All issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. To start a return, please email us at smackquito@gmail.com. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For international returns, return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
